Order
Upon completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
If you do not see the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may automatically redirect messages from unknown senders.
Should you still be unable to locate the confirmation, it is possible that the email address entered during checkout was misspelled. In such cases, please contact us, and we will promptly update your email address and resend the confirmation to you.
We carefully prepare each order within 78 hours to ensure exceptional quality, and once it’s shipped, it generally arrives in 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Returns
Each of our prints and framed artworks is custom-made to order, which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect orders, sizing issues, or changes of mind.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing clear photos of the damage to support@americanareverie.com or reaching out via our contact page. Once we review and confirm the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Please note that we cannot provide replacements for damage reported beyond the 14-day window, so we encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer replacements for damage reported after the 14-day period, so we recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

Shipping
No. We only ship within the United States of America. At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping. However, we are actively exploring solutions to make international shipping available in the future, ensuring it meets our standards for quality and care. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Our printing and framing facilities are located in Louisville, Kentucky and Anaheim, California.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. However, due to higher logistical costs, a shipping fee applies to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
